Rachel Ure

Company Council: President

Rachel Ure (Performer/Choreographer) has been dancing and choreographing for Flatlands Dance Theatre since its first year. She has been company President, Vice President and Educational Outreach Chair. She has choreographed for local schools, such as Frenship High School’s Varsity Ensemble performance at the TMEA Convention, The Wizard of Oz  and Sister Act at Monterey High School, and Xanadu at Frenship Middle School. She enjoys performing and choreographing with Lubbock Community Theatre. She performed in LCT’s production of Chicago, and choreographed SpongeBob SquarePants and Legally Blonde Junior. She also loves singing Jazz with her band Cider Wave, and singing at church with her daughters.
